
Rizwan Khalid
Rizwan Khalid was born in January 12, 1987, in a Syed family of Lahore, Pakistan. He gave his first public performance at a tender age of 5 years.
During School life, Muhammad Rafi became his inspiration and he learnt a lot from the great legend. At college, he won "Kalaam e Iqbal" inter-college competition for singing the poem "Khudi Ka Sirr e Nihan La Ila ha ILALLAH"
Later, he joined Ustad Amanat Ali Khan, Son of Ustad Mubarak Ali Khan, to learn classical music and improve his singing abilities. Then he joined Mr. Abdul Rauf at Alhamra. He was announced as the best singer in the show, "Maawan Thandian Chawaan" upon singing "O Maa", originally sung by Lata ji. He took Mehdi Hassan sahb and Madam Noor Jehan as inspiration to learn more and more.
After getting knowledge of Eastern Music by taking online courses from Western vocal coaches, he started experimenting with both types of music and challenged his limitations to sing fewer genres.
